An update...

So, I know I've been hit and miss for the last month and a half - However, the intensive training for work has wound down but now on the job training starts. I'm excited to get back to fairly frequent blogging soon - I've got so many great new products to share with you, and good stuff for holiday travel & presents.

Now for the big news - I just had my first ever TCA peel done today, and now I'm in a state of slight pain & discomfort. I'm sure you're asking why I did it - well, it's because I wanted to get rid of my light freckling. It's not that I don't like freckles, I think they can be really cute or pretty but mine just remind me of the sundamage I try so hard to prevent. I am obsessive with sunprotection (as if that's a secret), yet I still can't eliminate it all & that's why I went in to the dermatologist for the big guns. TCA peels are pretty trans formative, and I can attest to that because right now I look nothing like myself! My face is huge & puffy, my eyes are almost swollen shut, my face, neck & chest appear badly sunburned and my normally pale freckles are now very dark. Soon I'll start peeling and within 7 days I should have perfectly smooth, milky white baby skin. I'm so excited for the results, but not for the in between time.

I want to take photos each day and post them here, but I seriously look SO FREAKING BAD I'm too embarrassed to do it yet. Maybe I'll change my mind once it's all done... stay tuned.
